• If the Player has repeatedly made deposits to the Casino with the use of the Reload bonuses, and did not make deposits or bets without an active bonus in the interval between obtaining the Reload bonuses, the Casino has the right to treat this as an abuse, and can restrict or completely prohibit the Player to obtain Bonuses at the Casino at its discretion.

• Cashback is given on the deposit amount during the previous day from 00:00 to 23:59(UTC). The cashback percentage depends on the deposit sum for the previous day.

• Cashback will be credited daily at 00:10 AM (UTC).
• Wager requirement for cashback bonus is x4.
• Validity of the cashback is 3 days from its receipt and 7 days after its activation.
• Cashback will not be credited if the real money loss for the previous day was less than 20 EUR / 20 USD / 30 CAD / 30 NZD / 350 ZAR / 2,400 JPY / 8,000 HUF.
• Any abuse in order to obtain a cashback bonus is prohibited; in particular, the use of the opposite bets strategy in table games is prohibited (e.g. simultaneous betting on both red and black in roulette, or other similar bet types).
• For successful withdrawal of funds gained with a cashback bonus, the Player must meet the wagering requirement for the total amount of deposits made during the day of at least three (3) times (i.e. total wager amount equals the amount of deposits for the day multiplied by 3) no later than 23:59 UTC of the day on which these deposits were made.
• In the case of detection of the cashback bonus rules abuse or failure to comply with the wagering requirements specified in paragraph 8 of these rules, the Casino may cancel and seize all winnings gained with an active cashback bonus, as well as to confiscate an amount equal to the amount of cashback bonus received.

1. The maximum value allowed to withdraw from play with funds associated with a sign up no deposit bonus or/and free spins bonus is 20 EUR / 20 USD / 30 CAD / 30 NZD / 350 ZAR / 2,400 JPY / 8,000 HUF.
2. Players from Sweden will not receive any bonuses, including participation in promotional programs, receiving VIP rewards, and exchanging comp points. Players from Finland can only get daily cashback, VIP rewards and promos received by email, all other bonuses cannot be activated.
3. All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per: a person and their family, home address, email address, IP-address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).
4. All the gamblers can take advantage of bonuses, except for the cases when the bonus has country restrictions and the player is a citizen of one of these countries.
5. The maximum number of winnings using bonus funds, including any no deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonus, compoints, tournament winnings, local jackpots, loyalty bonuses and others is 10,000 EUR / 10,000 USD / 15,000 CAD / 15,000 NZD / 175,000 ZAR / 1,200,000 JPY / 4,000,000 HUF at the EUR exchange rate, unless otherwise indicated. Winnings using bonus funds exceeding these values cannot be withdrawn and will be canceled.
6. The player is not allowed to abuse the bonus offers. Abuse is the relation of received bonuses to amount of deposits: 70% of bonus funds with 5 deposits, but not more than 9 deposits, 50% of bonus funds with 10 deposits or more. In the event of such abuse, the Casino reserves the right to prohibit Players from receiving any bonuses.
7. The player is not allowed to use any strategies while playing with an active bonus in order to fulfil the requirements to wager the bonus. This includes delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements; leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed; playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose the bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play; using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure, etc. If the player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all player's winnings.
8. All bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, limitation of the maximum amount of bets while wagering, time limitation of bonus life, unless otherwise indicated (see details in the description of each bonus).
9. Any issued bonuses are by default limited to a maximum bet during wagering: 5 EUR / 5 USD / 7.5 CAD / 7.5 NZD / 87.5 ZAR / 600 JPY / 2,000 HUF, if not otherwise specified, includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed and bonus rounds (purchased within the game).
10. Bonus is automatically cancelled upon active balance reaching amount of 0.5 EUR / 0.5 USD / 0.75 CAD / 0.75 NZD / 8.75 ZAR / 60 JPY / 200 HUF or less.
11. The winnings obtained by using bonuses become available for withdrawal only after meeting the requirements of all wagering rules.
12. Validity of the bonus is 14 days from its receipt, unless otherwise indicated.
13. At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the conditions of wagering are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.
14. A gambler can request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering. In this case, the amount of the bonus and winnings are void, and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the gambler.
15. When gambling with the bonus, the bets are placed for real money in the first place, and only then for the bonus.
16. A gambler has the right to cancel any bonuses without proceeding to their wagering, without any loss of their own funds.
17. Only one bonus may be activated at a time. The deposit bonuses cannot be combined.
18. A gambler has the right to refuse to receive any bonuses from the casino.
19. Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.
20. Please note that not in all games a bet amount is fully taken into account when wagering the bonus.
    100% of the bet is taken into account when playing slots, except for the classic slots.

24. When gambling with bonus funds, all winnings requested for withdrawal pass a check prior to payment processing. The casino reserves the right to request the user to confirm the personal data and payment method data in result of checking.
25. The casino has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, as well as to confiscate all the money in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.
26. The casino reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms at any time.
27. *This term only applies balance tied to bonus, i.e. deposit + bonus or only bonus in case of no deposit bonus, and doesn't apply funds on player's balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.
